Actor and Playwright, Author and Agent, Richard has been in show business all his life starting as an actor in the Broadway production of DARKNESS AT NOON with Claude Rains, then as an agent discovering and representing talent in the musical theater, and twenty years later returning to the stage. Concurrently he wrote the Broadway comedy PARIS IS OUT!, the novel TAKE A GIANT STEP, and the retrospective SUPPORTING PLAYER. Every year Actors Equity presents an award sponsored by Richard honoring veteran New York stage actors, and for the past ten years he has been writing reviews for several venues as a member of The Outer Critics’s Circle.
